We ship your order above 30 euros for free. We charge 4.95 shipping costs for orders up to 30 euros. We ship via PostNL, Bpost, DPD and DHL. Packages are always sent with track & trace, which code you receive from us (or the carrier) after your order has been shipped. Ordered before 2 p.m. is shipped the same day.

Return

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the moment of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
For returning the order, the return costs are for your account.
We will credit the amount within 14 days.

The entrepreneur (green-goose) reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer report cancellation. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with paying back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.

Return conditions

Return? No problem. Make sure you meet the conditions below.

- The return is requested and sent to us within the legal 14 days after delivery of the product
- The product is undamaged
- For reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back certain open packages, such as toothbrushes, boxers, etc

Please add to the return: name, account number, order number and order date.
